AVTO | JetSwap Partnership

The AVTO team is proud to announce a formal partnership with the JetSwap Finance Team.

As part of our partnership with JetSwap Team, our Initial JetFuel Offering (IJO) will be made available for a 24 hour fund raise up to $500,000 USDC on 23 September at 1700 GMT.

The partnership with JetSwap will be the official kick off for the avtoMATIC project.

IJO Details

1. $5000,000 will be raised at a value of $0.238 per token (total of 2,100,000 tokens)

2. From this initial raise, the JetFuel team will receive a 5% listing fee

3. The remaining balance from the raise will represent 95% of the total raise ($475,000)

4. The remaining balance of $475,000 will be equally divided ($475,000/2 = $237,500)

   • $237,500 will be used to buy pWINGS and sent to the projects Foundry

   • $237,500 will be used to purchase MATIC

5. The $237,500 MATIC will be paired with 997,500 tokens at the listing price ($0.238)

   • Note: this value may be slightly lower to account for slippage and swap fees

6. The 997,500 tokens will be used to seed initial liquidity, i.e. ~4.75% of supply
